Order Policy

Orders placed with the website require an estimated processing period of 3 to 6 weeks. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or other external factors. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.
For ready-to-ship items, delivery is generally completed within 3 to 5 business days.
After Payment Regulations
No Refunds: Once payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable.
No Modifications: Orders cannot be altered, amended, or canceled after payment.
Replacement Policy: Items may only be replaced in cases of a manufacturing defect or if the product received significantly differs from the images displayed on our website.
The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.
The item must be returned in full, including all original packaging and accessories.
If any item or accessory is missing or damaged, AED 200 will be deducted.
All delivery, return, replacement, or modification costs are to be covered by the customer.
Warranty and Liability
No Warranty applies to handbags, footwear, Sunglasses, Clothes or accessories.
The customer has no right to claim compensation for any damage that occurs after the product has been used or mishandled post-delivery.
Warranty applies only to the watch mechanism, and does not cover scratches, broken hands, glass damage, or any other external wear.
If no complaint is received on the day of delivery, the order will be considered received in perfect condition, and no further claims or modifications will be accepted thereafter.
Additional Conditions
Public holidays, both within the UAE and in China, are not included in the estimated production or delivery period.
Items purchased during clearance sales or those already identified as having manufacturing defects are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.
The customer acknowledges that the packaging or box may arrive slightly damaged due to international handling, which shall not be considered a defect.
