No Refunds: Once payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable.

No Modifications: Orders cannot be altered, amended, or canceled after payment.

Replacement Policy: Items may only be replaced in cases of a manufacturing defect or if the product received significantly differs from the images displayed on our website.

The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.

The item must be returned in full, including all original packaging and accessories.

If any item or accessory is missing or damaged, an amount of AED 200 will be deducted.

All delivery, return, replacement, or modification costs are to be covered by the customer.

Refunds, if exceptionally approved (for example, due to out-of-stock items), will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
